By using our service, founders can find potential co-founders, connect, and collaboratively realize startup projects. Users have the opportunity to create a personal profile, provide relevant information about their startup idea or skills, and discover suitable co-founders through our platform.
Our complete offering includes a matching system that suggests suitable co-founders based on interests, skills, and startup phases, a communication platform for direct exchange, as well as additional resources and tools to support team formation and the startup process.
To use our service, you must either create a free basic account or subscribe to a paid premium plan to access advanced features and higher visibility.
The current prices and services can be found on our website. We reserve the right to adjust these from time to time. You will be informed of any changes in advance.

Payment Terms
Your monthly subscription begins upon receipt of payment and is automatically renewed monthly until you cancel. The cancellation date is set at the end of the following month after the time of cancellation. The subscription is non-refundable. After the subscription expires, you will still have access to your company area, but you will no longer be able to add new jobs or edit or access still active positions.
The use of the CV parser without the ATS function is also non-refundable.
We offer you a 30-day free trial for the ATS, or 100 resumes within the scope of the CV parser. Please send us a request directly for this. The trial is only available once per company.
Third-Party Costs
Our prices do not include third-party fees that may arise in connection with the use of a paid service, including but not limited to fees charged by your internet service provider, any mobile carrier fees for mobile or data services, and any other third-party applications or services you use to access the paid service. You are responsible for choosing and managing these other services and for paying the fees for such services.
Safety, Fraud and the Conduct of Other Users
Co-Found-ME brings together people who did not know each other beforehand. Please be aware that individuals may impersonate someone else – using a false name, someone else’s photos, an invented CV or a company that does not exist. A complete profile is not confirmation that a person is who they claim to be.
Be particularly suspicious if someone:
- tries to move you off the platform quickly, for example to WhatsApp, Telegram or a private email address;
- asks you for money – under any pretext, whether seed funding, fees, legal or travel costs, an emergency or a supposed repayment;
- tells you unusual investment, crypto or trading stories, or promises guaranteed returns;
- pressures you to decide quickly, or asks you to keep the matter confidential;
- requests identity documents, bank details, passwords or access codes;
- asks you to forward money or goods on behalf of someone else.
Do not engage. Do not reply to such requests, do not transfer any money, and do not hand over personal data or documents. Break off contact and report the person through the platform or by email to philipp@co-found-me.com. We follow up on every report and ban accounts where a suspicion is confirmed.
Verify claims independently before sharing confidential information, entering into agreements or taking on financial obligations. Wherever possible, keep your communication on the platform – outside it we can neither trace what happened nor intervene.
Prohibited conduct. It is prohibited in particular to impersonate another person or company, to give false information about your own identity, or to use someone else’s photos, name or CV. Any unlawful activity conducted through this platform is likewise prohibited – including fraud, investment scams, money laundering, phishing and the harvesting of data. It is also prohibited to ask other users to continue the conversation on a different platform, by email or via a messenger service.
Accounts that breach these rules will be deleted without prior warning and without notice. Fees already paid will not be refunded in that case. We reserve the right to document incidents and to report criminal offences to the authorities.
Co-Found-ME is solely a matching platform. We are not a party to any agreement between users, and we do not comprehensively verify users’ identity, statements, intentions or creditworthiness. Contact with other users, and any collaboration arising from it, is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for the conduct of other users or for any damage you suffer as a result – in particular no liability for financial loss caused by fraud, impersonation or investment scams. This does not affect our liability for intent and gross negligence, or for injury to life, body or health.
Deleting Your Account
You can delete your account with co-found-me.com at any time without providing a reason. This will delete all your data, and you will no longer be able to use it at a later time.
Updating the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. You will be informed of these changes in a timely manner, and by continuing to use the services of co-found-me.com, you agree to the updated terms of use.
